MARKETING CALL CENTER is pleased to offer an opportunity to join our dedicated call center team as a Trainer.
The Trainer will be primarily responsible for providing an engaging and motivating learning environment for our newly hired agents. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to continually deliver a comprehensive training program that positively improves our activities.
Responsibilities
   » Provide an engaging and motivating in person and/or virtual learning environment for new hires
   » Monitor and provide continuous feedback to the new hires to promote continual learning and growth
   » Participate in the continuous improvement of the training content in order to meet the changing operational/business needs of the organization
   » Coordinate the development and use of new hire coaches
   » Provide additional training as determined by the management team.

Profil recherché pour le emploi : (مدرب مهني (متحدث اللغة خليجة /الإنجليزية – Trainer in Call Center
   » High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
   » Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience 
   » Prior training facilitation experience in a call center environment preferred
   » Excellent communication and organizational skills
