Qualifications:

• Level of studies: Bac+Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English.
• Soft skills: Team Management, Good communication, Project Management, Problem solving. Proactive, Decision maker, initiative taker.

Responsibility:

• Guarantee the application of procedures, and adherence to all work standards and rules related to EHS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001)
• Ensure compliance with QMS expectations (IATF 16949),
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications (CSR).
• Promote MOTO standards within production lines & teams.
• Monitoring of production lines KPI’s.
• Conduct Daily accountability meetings
• Supervise production capacity vs. customers EDI’s and establish needed actions to adjust the capacity accordingly.
• Participate actively on cross functions meetings.
• Promote Kaizen, suggestions and continuous improvement activities.
• Supervise & develop production staff.
