Head of manufacturing science & technology (msat) - pharmaceuticsPoste proposé : Head Of Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) - Pharmaceutics We are recruiting a Head of Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) M/F for our client, a Pharmaceutical Group with production facility in Morocco. Mission: In charge of Tech Transfers with Pharmaceutical laboratories; Responsible for smooth manufacturing operation and control; Plant scale up; Performs all troubleshooting, process changes and validation; Participates in the implementation of analysis and production standards between the labs and the production for the chemistry and microbiology parts; Reports to Operations. Profil recherché pour le emploi : Head Of Manufacturing Science & Technology (MSAT) - Pharmaceutics Master in Science, PMO; Min 15 years experience in PMO / industrial project management / Operations; Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry at a similar position; Expert in process management; Proven experience in setting up a new structure; High English proficiency; Strong communication and interpersonnal skills; Hands on and solution driven mindset.
